I want to share something important from the blog Sikodiwa , written by Carl Lorenz Cervantes , a psychospiritual researcher and Philippine folk psychologist. His writing is academic but easy to understand, and I highly recommend his blog to our readers. In one post, he shares practical tips for seekers of supernatural knowledge — especially those who wish to study spirits seriously but safely. He reminds us: “All reality is mental; we only react to things we believe to be true. Just because something is mental, does not make it any less dangerous. You don’t have to believe in its ‘scientific reality’ to acknowledge that there are strange forces we can’t explain.” He also quotes Fr.
